Property Management Fees
We offer fair rates and
a simple fee structure
Most property managers don't publish their rates because there are often a variety of unexpected surcharges which may apply to your unit throughout the year.
At Plan A, there are no hidden costs or extra charges of any type. This fee structure is for all downtown condos except ultra-luxury units.
Annual Fees
Annual Management Fee: $500 per unit (this includes all property management requirements such as: sourcing new tenants, rent collection, RTO hearings, strata related issues, attending emergencies etc.)
Monthly Fees
Unfurnished Units: Studios, 1 Bedrooms, or 2 Bedrooms - 7% per month
Furnished Units: Studios: $250, 1 Bedrooms: $300, 2 Bedrooms: $350
A monthly fee will not be charged in the unlikely event that your unit is vacant.
